The lines are drawn in the new Battle Royale Season: Fortnite Showdown.
Join Team Foundation or Team Ice King and lead your team to victory to unlock new weapons, items, and rewards during the Season. The winning team at the end of the Season decides the final reward: everyone with the Battle Pass unlocks either Frost-Ready Foundation or Exalted Frost Ice King.
Settle the Score with New Rivalry Gameplay: Go head-to-head with another player as your rival. Win rivalries in a match to earn points for your side and Rival Credits to buy perks, powerful weapons, and XP.
Level up to earn premium rewards like the Ice Prince Sidekick, Ice King’s Frostwalkers Kicks, and Outfits like The Order (Reforged), Elite Jules, and Bugs Bunny.
Climb Web Leaderboards for a Graphics Card: Keep winning rivalries to climb the Global Leaderboards on showdown.fortnite.com. Earn Kicks, Pickaxes, an Emote & Emoticons, and compete for your chance to get an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080 Founders Edition graphics card, PlayStation 5, or Fortnite merch.
Coming Soon - The Rivalry Intensifies in Arenas: On April 9, Arenas — a new Ranked and build-only mode — dials things up with close-quarters combat. Challenge your friends to a 1v1 boxfight or battle it out in a 16-player round robin competition as a duo or solo.

Get the Battle Pass for 800 V-Bucks or with Fortnite Crew to instantly unlock Exalted Ice King. Pick up the Pass before March 26 at 11:59 PM ET and you’ll also claim the launch week exclusive Stealth Tech Foundation bonus Style and accessories.
You can earn 20% back in Epic Rewards when you use Epic’s payment system to purchase V-Bucks for the Battle Pass or subscribe to Fortnite Crew. It’s available when you check out on iOS, the web, or on PC through the Epic Games Store, as well as on Google Play in the US.
Get Started in the Showdown
- Discover locations like New Sanctuary, Frigid Fortress, and Dark Dominion with new movement items for traversal: the Overdrive Grenade and Skyline Deployer.
- Season 2’s weapon pool is almost entirely refreshed from Season 1’s. Discover new loot like the Vector 7 DMR, Ice King’s Gauntlets, and Chaos Reloader Shotgun.
- Get picked to drive the Battle Bus before you drop and score XP for the whole lobby.
