How do I install the Triggers?
Your PuK Compatible Triggers are super easy to install. Read our PuK Compatible Triggers Installation Guide for instructions.
My Triggers aren't responding?
There are a series of settings that are common among devices which you should experiement with. Every device is different and every display is calibrated slightly differently at the factory, so results may vary.
- Accidental touch protection - Try turning this off
- Touch sensitivity settings - We recommend that you try turning this setting on/up when using a screen protector, but turning off can resolve general touch issues in some cases too.
- Lock your notifications panel and edge panel - On a small number of devices the triggers can occasionally falsely activate notification panels (interpreted as a swipe from the top). Many devices feature a setting which allows you to turn this off while gaming, usually within device ‘gaming’ settings.
- Check your advanced settings or developer options for additional sensitivity adjustment settings
